Most people get to work not only because they need a job, but because they want to work too. It's not all about money only, we want to be satisfied and happy also with our production in our day, contributing, learning new skills and developing professionally. These are the things that make us wake up in the morning. Let's go to work every day.

1. Appreciation of your co-workers
Think of a coworker (boss, manager, employee, supervisor, coworker) and schedule a meeting where you can spend the entire time showing all the appreciation you have for him or her
2. Relaze and slow
Slow down, see and enjoy the work you're doing now. Not only rush to finish work, but enjoy the process until the working hours are great
3. Gratitude for eight minutes:
Spend just eight minutes of your day to think about the things you find yourself grateful for in your job. You can repeat this exercise in the morning before your day starts, at lunch or at the end of your day
4. Question about positive feedback
Ask for positive feedback and feedback about your performance in your current project or job in general. You don't have to wait for an annual review to get positive feedback about the work you do efficiently. Make sure that the person who gives you feedback and reviews will deal with only positive aspects and not areas of improvement
5. Choose the most fun activity for you
Make a list of all the activities you need to complete today. Instead of choosing the most productive or what you “should” do, choose the tasks and activities you really want
6. Create a fun project to spend time working on
Think about a project that you will enjoy working on and propose it to your employer, and don't forget to explain the benefits the company will derive from its support for this project. As well as impress your manager with your ingenuity, you will turn your current job into your dream job
