 Take your sleep

 Studies have shown that a short nap during the day charges your mind with enough energy to reach mental flow and perform your tasks to the fullest.

 As for depriving adequate sleep for a short period and infrequently, it may not lead to clear negative results, while these results appear clear on performance and mood when it is repeated for longer periods and in succession.

 Practice meditation every now and then

 Many successful American businessmen and media figures, such as Oprah Winfrey, Ariana Huffington, and Jeff Weiner, emphasize the effectiveness of meditation and its importance in relaxing the mind and increasing focus, and there is evidence for the validity of what they went to

 Recent studies have confirmed that practicing meditation for ten minutes a day reduces your feelings of stress and anxiety, allowing you to focus more.

 “Mental alertness is sufficient to overcome anxiety and stress, and for people who suffer from stress, repetitive thoughts and lack of focus, can negatively affect their ability to learn, complete assignments, or even perform jobs safely,” says Mengran.

 Drinking a lot of water and fluids in general is one of the most important factors that help focus and reduce inattention. A scientific study conducted by the American Journal of Nutrition in 2012 revealed that dehydration in the body, no matter how simple, may lead to a lack of focus, although it does not lead to feeling marked by thirst

 Therefore, experts advise drinking a lot of water and fluids to increase concentration. In this context, the American National Academy of Medicine determines the daily need of water and fluids for men at about 12.5 cups per day and for women about nine cups per day.

 It is worth noting that the lack of water causes a drop in your energy and activity levels, to the so-called mental fog, which is manifested by a low level of memory, mental drowsiness and poor concentration, while drinking sufficient quantities keeps you in a state of mental clarity and high concentration even in the long run.

 Do exercise regularly

 It is no secret to you that the benefits of exercise are not limited to the physical and psychological aspects, but also go beyond them to the mental aspect. It helps increase focus and creativity

 Therefore, whenever you feel weak in concentration, move from your place and do any kind of movement, arrange your desk, walk, and if you can diversify the movements, do not hesitate to do so
