A bird in the hand is worth two in the bush
The parable is said to the person who is characterized by the character of greed, that a person does not look at what is in the hand of others until what is in his possession is gone and loses everything. This proverb has many narrations and stories, all of which lead to the same meaning. The most famous of them was that there was a person carrying a bird in his hand and while he was walking he found a group of birds on the tree, and he greedily for it, and out of the intensity of greed he threw the bird in his hand to climb to the tree and get the group of birds, but he did not think that the birds will fly once they reach it. Indeed, this is what happened, and he remained alone, mourning his greed, hence the proverb.
