Are they the same sound?

Ofcourse not.

The first one when you say it fast

But the second you say it slowly , pronouncing each word and letter

I know there's a big difference there when speaking slowl,but I think the fast spoken we can't catch it.
That's often that I heard.
And I  don't encourage to do that or catch on in general. Have a gorgeous night.

But believe me, you'll never hear someone say "Wire you here" ever
